Hasseem Jenkins, 31, has been charged in connection with the crime and is scheduled to appear in court again on July 17th. Westchester County officials have announced that they will be increasing security for staff members making home visits. The memorial ceremony will take place outside the Michaelian Office Building in White Plains.
