– One person was killed in a car crash in Middleborough, Massachusetts, on Saturday night. The crash happened around 7:45 p.m. on Route 18 near the exit for Route 24. According to Massachusetts State Police, a 2013 Honda Accord was traveling south on Route 18 when it crossed the median and struck a 2019 Jeep Wrangler traveling north. The driver of the Honda Accord, a 74-year-old man from Middleborough, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Jeep Wrangler, a 34-year-old man from East Taunton, was taken to a hospital with serious injuries. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
