Well, 2024 started off on a bumpy note for the actress. She was accused of reckless driving in a new civil case, and the victim was seeking $35,000 for the losses and damages caused by the accident.

The Blast reported that the plaintiff, Amanda Diann Godepski, recounted her encounter with Stone on July 30, 2023, at the US-101 southbound exit at Coldwater Canyon Avenue in Los Angeles.

Godepski explained that Stone had been negligent in operating the vehicle, “causing the vehicle to nearly collide with the plaintiff’s vehicle, causing the plaintiff to sustain personal injury and property damage.”

The plaintiff alleged that Stone made an unsafe turn and drove into her lane and was driving too fast for the traffic conditions, thereby violating California traffic laws.

The lawsuit was filed a month after Stone named a producer who pressured her to get intimate with her “Silver” co-star William Baldwin on Louis Theroux’s podcast.
