Change AnalystChange Analyst Responsibilities: * Assess the quality of changes in the Change Management process * Support the administration of the Change Management process * Provide Change & PMO support in managing school openings, mergers, and closures * Manage workflows related to school openings, mergers, and closures * Drive the transition of existing QSM system workflows into CSM * Support the Change Management Team in managing the C2k Change Management process * Assist the Operations Management Team in producing management reports * Record meeting minutes and actions * Manage C2k change documentation within C2k Exchange * Assist in meeting preparation and coordination * Process email and telephone requests efficiently Qualifications: Essential: * Proficient in MS Office suite (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) * Experience with data analysis and reporting * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and under pressure * Strong teamwork skills * Ability to meet challenging deadlines Desired: * Experience in Service Delivery / Service Management * Knowledge of ITIL service delivery and support processes About Capita Technology and Software Solutions (TSS) TSS is a global shared service within Capita that drives innovation and digital transformation for the company and its clients. Change Analysts are responsible for supporting the overall Change Management process by assessing the quality of changes and supporting the overall administration of the Change Management process. The main purpose of the role is to provide Change & PMO support in managing the opening, merger and closure of schools, whilst providing administrative support to the ENNI Management Team and assisting the Change Management team as required.

What are you going to do:

– Owning and facilitating Capita’s responsibilities within the overarching openings, mergers and closures of new schools

– Own the workflows linked to the above

– Own and drive change of existing QSM system workflows into CSM

-Supporting the Change Management Team in managing the C2k Change Management process

-Support the Operations Management Team in producing weekly and monthly management reports

-Support the Operations Management Team during meetings by recording minutes and actions

– Support the Change Management Team in managing the C2k change documentation within C2k Exchange

– Assistance and management in the preparation of meetings by printing minutes, logbooks, etc.

– Process both email and telephone requests in a timely manner

-What we are looking for:

Professional use of MS Office work packages, such as Project, Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point

-Previous experience with data analysis and reporting

– Works well under pressure

– Ability to work as part of a team

– Ability to work with challenging deadlines

-Excellent organizational skills

– Able to multi-task and work on own initiative

– Demonstrable experience working in Service Delivery / Service Management

Additional desired skills:

– Demonstrable experience working in Service Delivery / Service Management Excellent knowledge of all ITIL service delivery and service support processes.
