Green-fingered, gardening enthusiasts and plant lovers from the area have only two days left to purchase a passport for the Secret Garden Tour.
The self-guided tour is scheduled for this coming Saturday and will highlight the beautiful gardens of 10 properties in the city.
Sandra Caron, president of the Swift Current Horticultural Society and co-organizer of the Secret Garden Tour, noted that she co-organized Swift Current’s first-ever Secret Garden Tour with Sharon Funk.
“They can visit any of those gardens and spend some time admiring the gardener’s hard work and asking any questions they might have,” Caron said. “We just wanted to reach out to the people in the community to share our hard work, our gardens and our little bit of knowledge.
“We thought this would be a good way to engage different people in the community.”
