The acquisition includes properties in Derby, Birmingham, Ipswich, Inverness, and Warrington. These former Pentahotels will undergo a “light renovation” to align with B&B Hotels’ standards, ensuring a comfortable and modern experience for guests. Notably, all hotels will remain operational during the renovation process. With this acquisition, B&B Hotels now boasts a portfolio of six locations in the UK, including the Heathrow hotel acquired earlier this year. The company’s ambitious growth strategy targets the opening of ten hotels in the UK by 2035. French budget hotel chain B&B Hotels has acquired five hotels in the UK, including one in Derby.
B&B Hotels has acquired the former Pentahotels hotels in Birmingham, Ipswich, Inverness, Warrington and Derby.
The Pentahotel properties are undergoing a ‘light renovation’ but will remain open at all times.
The acquisition brings the total portfolio to six locations, in addition to the B&B Hotels hotel at Heathrow which was acquired in April this year.
The company plans to open ten hotels in the UK by 2035.
