A popular local attraction has returned with great success.
The Iberville Parish Rifle Range has officially reopened. The range includes a 25-, 50- and 100-yard rifle range; 10-, 25-, 35- and 50-yard pistol range; and a 20-, 50- and 70-yard bow range.
It includes two indoor shooting ranges with seating and an indoor facility with offices, restrooms and training rooms for courses, including classes on hunting safety and carrying concealed weapons.
The facility is open to Iberville Parish residents, police officers and military veterans with valid identification proving they reside in the parish.
A rate applies to people who live outside the parish.
The shooting range is open from Tuesday to Saturday, weather permitting,
The facility is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
