Applicants must also bring two forms of identification or a valid U.S. passport.
One document must be a driver’s license or identification card issued by a state or outlying territory of the U.S., an identification card issued by federal, provincial, or local government agencies or entities, a school ID card, a voter registration card, a U.S. military card or service registration, a military family member’s identification card, a document from a Native American tribe, or a driver’s license issued by a Canadian government agency.

The second document must be a U.S. Social Security Account Number, Form FS-240, Form FS-545, Form DS-1350, an original or certified copy of a birth certificate issued by a state, county, municipal authority, or outlying territory of the United States, a document from a Native American tribe, Form I-197, Form 1-79, or a work permit issued by the Department of Homeland Security.
