Creamer Jr., 28, was charged with misdemeanor unlawful use of transportation after allegedly stealing a Toyota Tacoma from a home near West San Ildefanso Avenue and North Alicante Street in Tortosa on June 15, 2024, at just after 8 p.m. According to a probable cause statement obtained by InMaricopa, the owner of the Tacoma was loading supplies into the truck when Creamer allegedly jumped into the cab and took off. Police quickly located the stolen Tacoma in the parking lot of the La Quinta hotel on John Wayne Parkway. Hotel staff provided footage of Creamer getting out of the driver’s seat, leaving the keys in the truck, and walking to the Copper Sky Recreation Complex. An off-duty officer spotted Creamer at the gym and recognized him as being connected to another stolen car case the day before. Police handcuffed Creamer and found the clothes he was wearing in the hotel footage in his locker. Creamer admitted to stealing both cars and was booked into the Pinal County Jail on a $10,000 bond. His criminal history includes DUI, assault, fighting, and criminal damage, according to court records. InMaricopa previously reported that Creamer was arrested in 2019 for assault. Creamer faces four years in prison.
