According to police, officers responded to a call at a residence in the area of Tatum Boulevard and Dynamite Boulevard around 7:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found a 27-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. His identity has not been released at this time. Witnesses told police that they heard an argument coming from inside the residence before gunshots were fired. It is unclear at this time what led to the argument or who fired the fatal shot. The Phoenix Police Department is actively investigating the incident. Detectives are interviewing witnesses and gathering evidence to determine what happened.
