Braker showcased his speed by running a 4.5 in the 40-yard dash. He also displayed impressive strength with a max bench of 305 pounds and a max squat of 435 pounds. The rising senior’s strength and speed are already impressive, but his ability to add to his frame in South Carolina’s strength and conditioning program is what truly sets him apart. The Gamecocks now have 13 commitments for their 2025 class, which ranks among the top 20 in the nation. Eight of those 13 commitments are on the defensive side of the ball. With what figures to be another important year for the Gamecocks’ defense, Coach Beamer and his staff are doing their due diligence in building depth for the future.
