Lionel Messi: Inter Miami Will Be the Last Club Amid Paris 2024 Uncertainty
Amidst speculation surrounding his future beyond 2024 with Paris Saint-Germain, Lionel Messi has hinted that Inter Miami could be his final club destination. According to sources close to the Argentine, Messi has been in regular contact with Inter Miami co-owner David Beckham about a potential move to the MLS franchise once his contract with PSG expires. Inter Miami has long been linked with a desire to sign Messi, who is considered one of the greatest footballers of all time. The club is owned by a consortium that includes Beckham and is based in Florida. Messi’s current contract with PSG runs until the end of the 2023-24 season. While he has not yet made a decision on his future beyond that, sources indicate that he is increasingly open to the idea of playing in the MLS. The MLS has become an increasingly attractive destination for aging stars from Europe in recent years. However, it is important to note that Messi’s future is far from certain. He has not yet ruled out the possibility of extending his contract with PSG, and he could also be tempted by offers from other European clubs. For now, Inter Miami fans can only dream of the possibility of Messi donning their colors.
