As our new Spaces Support Manager, you will influence how our Digital Group colleagues work in our hub network going forward.

This role is all about building strong working relationships and working collaboratively with local space users. You will understand the site, the people and how to effectively resolve any concerns, working closely with our Senior Spaces Support Manager to get brilliant results.

You’ll be part of our Hub Management team here in DWP Digital as a Spaces Support Manager. We’re a small team so you’ll have a chance to make a big impact.

We’re responsible for enhancing the office environment for around 1200 colleagues based in our Manchester hub. You’ll help create a space that improves their experience and work and helps them do quality work.

As well as supporting more strategic work to get the most out of our site you’ll solve day-to-day issues and help colleagues directly, so you will be based on-site in our Manchester Hub.

We’re right in the heart of the city center and very easily accessible by tram, rail and bus and bike. We have lock-up with showers in the basement level if you do cycle to work.

You will therefore be ideal for this role if you:

This is an on-site role in our Manchester Hub.

We have flexi-time here so you can work in a way that works for you. Core hours are between 8am and 4pm. You will ideally be visible in the hub between these hours, b

We offer competitive pay of £29,500.

You’ll also get a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth 28.97%, and a generous leave package starting at 23 days and rising to 25 days after one year.
