He would often disconnect security cameras and disable alarms to avoid detection. The Irvine Police Department conducted a thorough investigation and identified Allen as the primary suspect. He was apprehended at his residence in Santa Ana. During Allen’s arrest, police seized stolen property, including jewelry, electronics, and cash.
