After making the alleged deliveries, Allen would remain inside the homes for extended periods, searching for valuables to steal. He would often disconnect security cameras and disable alarms to avoid detection. The Irvine Police Department conducted a thorough investigation and identified Allen as the primary suspect. He was apprehended at his residence in Santa Ana. During Allen’s arrest, police seized stolen property, including jewelry, electronics, and cash.
