OCALA, Florida. – According to the Marion County Fire Department, several dogs were rescued from a burning home in Ocala on Friday evening.
Authorities were initially called to a home on Banyan Track just before 11:10 p.m. for reports of a residential structure fire after a caller reported a fire in her yard and porch.
Upon arrival, firefighters searched the home to clear the home and extinguish the fire. According to MCFR, three dogs were rescued from the home.

The fire brigade reported that the fire was under control at 11:34 p.m
According to authorities, there were no injuries to civilians or firefighters.
The American Red Cross is assisting the homeowner with his recovery, officials said.
