”On June 25, the three were found walking around suspiciously with bags in Balaji Nagar. During checking, we found tobacco products. Sunny Chourasia, Satish Gupta and Anil Chourasia were arrested. One of them is a delivery boy of an e-commerce company,” said senior inspector Suryakant Naikwadi of Bhayander police station.
They have been booked under sections 188 of the Indian Penal Code (disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant), 272 (adulteration of food or drink intended for sale), 273 (sale of injurious food or drink) and 328 (causing harm by means of poison, etc., with intent to commit offence) and the FDA rules, he said.
