Lookman recently secured his team’s first European trophy in the UEFA Europa League final by scoring a hat-trick against previously unbeaten Bayer Leverkusen, becoming the hero of the match.
Despite his success, the striker is in no hurry to leave La Dea or European football, but Al-Ittihad are trying to lure him with substantial financial incentives.
Lookman has been playing for Atalanta since the summer of 2022, having joined from Leipzig for €9.35 million. Last season, he scored 17 goals and provided 10 assists in 45 games for the Italian club.
The 26-year-old’s performances have attracted the interest of several top clubs in Europe. Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich and Serie A club Juventus are said to be keen to acquire Lookman, alongside several top Premier League clubs.
