After impressing the club’s hierarchy during his interview, the club quickly signed him from Raja, where he still had a running contract.
iDiski times has been informed that Davids has signed a two-year contract with Simba and that he will bring in Darian Wilken as his assistant, while Mueez Kajee will join him as his performance analyst. Both were part of Raja’s historic technical team last season.
Riedoh Berdien, former strength and conditioning coach at Mamelodi Sundown, who previously worked with Young Africans in Tanzania, has also been confirmed as part of the technical team, while Wayne Sandilands could join as goalkeeping coach.
