Since the classic comedy American pie Released 25 years ago on July 9, 1999, many of the film’s former teen stars have gone on to have families of their own — though perhaps none as hilarious and painful as Eugene Levy and Jason Biggs’ Noah and Jim Levenstein.
“Wherever I go, people want to talk to me about it,” Biggs recently told PEOPLE. “There’s another generation or two of people who saw it, identified with it, loved it. It’s really, really special to me. It’s really cool to be here 25 years later and still talking about it.”
While Biggs raises his two sons with his wife and author Jenny Mollen and several of his castmates have started families of their own, you’ll see the stars of American pie besides their real partners and children.

Actors Alyson Hannigan (American pie‘s Michelle) and Alexis Denisof had a very Hollywood encounter on the set of Buffy the Vampire Slayer in the late 1990s. Hannigan, now 50, played the witch Willow on the series, and Denisof, now 58, played the bystander Westley Wyndam-Price. Hannigan once said it was “flirtation at first sight.”
The stars married in 2003 and have since welcomed two daughters, Satyana Marie and Keeva Jane. They’ve also shared the screen in other pop culture favorites, including her series How I met your mother.
