Erchit Ministry and Aliba Baptist Church Collaborate on Free Medical CampErchit Ministry and Aliba Baptist Church Collaborate on Free Medical Camp On July 13, 2024, the Erchit Ministry and Aliba Baptist Church partnered to host a free medical camp at the church premises. The camp provided residents with access to various medical services and treatments. Chief physician Dr. Kibang Imchen urged villagers to take advantage of the camp’s availability of healthcare professionals. Dr. Toshila, District TB Officer, emphasized the importance of TB awareness and treatment, and discussed the stigma associated with the disease. Imnatula also presented information on the Child Helpline, its functions, and how to access its services. Doctors specializing in orthopedics, medicine, NCT, optometry, and tuberculosis testing provided free treatment and medication to patients. A total of 121 people received medical care. The collaborative effort between the Erchit Ministry and Aliba Baptist Church demonstrated their commitment to providing essential healthcare services to the community.
The Erchit Ministry, in collaboration with Aliba Baptist Church, organized a free medical camp on July 13, 2024 at the Aliba Baptist Church premises.
The chief physician, Dr. Kibang Imchen, encouraged all villagers to use the service while doctors were available.
Dr. Toshila, District TB Officer, emphasized on TB awareness, access to treatment and stigma. The awareness on the functioning and functions of Child Helpline was also presented to those gathered by Imnatula.
The doctors who attended the camp were Dr. Kibangkumba (CMO), Dr. Marina (MS), Dr. Mar (SMO), Dr. Toshila Jamir (DTO) and Dr. Maongtula (MD).
The patients received treatment from various departments including orthopedics, medicine, NCT, optometry and tuberculosis testing.
According to the members of the Erchit ministry, a total of 121 patients received free treatment and medicine.
