TikToker Garage Gremlin went viral when he shared California Pizza Kitchen’s embarrassing mistake.
Even though she ordered macaroni and cheese with her noodles and cheese on the side, all she got was melted cheese.
“They sent me cheese… are you kidding me, I’m gonna cry,” the TikToker said after opening her order.

She noted that two people advised her to order the noodles and cheese separately, but when she called the restaurant to complain, they told her she had ordered the wrong one.
“There should be macaroni in it! It’s in the name,” she exclaimed in her viral TikTok.
Fortunately, California Pizza Kitchen took her complaint into consideration and offered her free macaroni and cheese and pizza for a year.

In a follow-up TikTok post, Garage Gremlin shared the gift basket the restaurant had sent her. Along with the one-year gift card, they wrote her an apology note that read:

“Oh hey, I heard we forgot your mac and cheese and just delivered it to you. OMG, how did this happen? Free mac and cheese for a year and free pizza for a year. Again, we’re sorry this happened – and we hope this makes it right.”
Although she said she was “really in shock right now,” the TikToker was thrilled that she not only got free mac and cheese for a year, but also free pizza.
