Modern Amenities and Location The state-of-the-art hotel will feature 200 contemporary rooms, a business center with five meeting rooms, a fitness center, and an inviting bar and restaurant. It is strategically located at the junction of Clonliffe Road and Jones’s Road, adjacent to Croke Park and within the Clonliffe Lands Masterplan. Management and Operations Ireland’s largest hotel chain, Dalata Hotel Group, will operate the hotel under its Maldron brand, bringing its expertise and reputation for world-class hospitality. Support for Local Economy The new Maldron Hotel is expected to create employment opportunities and support the local economy. It will also bolster conference activity in the recently refurbished Cusack Stand at Croke Park. The GAA and leading design and construction firm McAleer & Rushe have broken ground on the new €40 million Maldron Hotel in Croke Park.
The modern 200-room hotel will feature a business centre with five meeting rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness centre and a bar and restaurant. The hotel is expected to open to the public in 2026.
The site forms part of the Clonliffe Lands Masterplan and is located at the junction of Clonliffe Road and Jones’s Road, on the site of the former Clonliffe College and just 140 metres from Croke Park.
Ireland’s largest hotel chain, Dalata Hotel Group – which also owns the Clayton Hotels brand – will operate the hotel under its Maldron brand.
