The Singapore Recreation Club (SRC) has announced the closure of its jackpot room at the end of June due to a significant decline in slot machine revenues. SRC’s slot machine revenue plummeted from S$14 million in 2010 to just S$3 million in 2023, resulting in a net profit decline from S$2.3 million to S$0.09 million over the same period.
